I completed my registration in Plymouth. After working in Australia & New Zealand I returned to Plymouth to finish GP training and became a locum GP. I was then a Ship's Surgeon onboard the RMS St. Helena and sailed the South Atlantic. I returned to Devon & Cornwall where in addition to my medical work, I am a published author.

I am the first Clinical Psychologist in a GP practice post in the UK. I also teach and take doctoral trainees from Plymouth University. I live locally and have a partner, young son, dog and chickens. I’m qualified in an array of therapies for mental and physical health.

 I joined the practice in 2018 and have been a GP since 1997. I also work for the out of hours GP service, Cornwall Health 111. I gained experience in hospital medicine in the Midlands and New Zealand, before settling in Cornwall. I am married with 2 daughters.
